bd84 Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the bd84 platform. By registering, you are considered to have accepted all of these terms.

Important Notice: These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the bd84 platform and its services. By creating an account on bd84 or using the platform, you are giving your full consent to these Terms. Do not create an account without reading the Terms.

1 General Terms

bd84 ("we", "our" or "the Platform") is an online betting and casino service provider. These Terms apply to the bd84 website, mobile application and all related services.

These Terms are written in Bengali and have been prepared for users in Bangladesh. You are accepting these Terms electronically, which creates legal obligations equivalent to a contract executed on paper.

If any person disagrees with any part of these Terms, they may not use bd84's services. bd84 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and continuing to use the platform after an amendment will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Account Registration

To register an account on bd84, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.
  • Each person may open only one account.
  • You may not create an account in someone else's name or identity.
  • The mobile number or email provided at registration must be active and your own.

2.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account secure. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. bd84 does not permit account sharing or management by a third party.

2.2 Identity Verification

bd84 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national identity card, passport or other government-issued document may be requested for verification. An account may be suspended or closed if verification is not completed.

3 Age Verification

bd84 follows a strict policy against gambling by minors. Use of this platform is permitted only for persons aged 21 or above.

Warning: Account creation or use by a minor is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, the account will be closed immediately and all funds in the account may be forfeited.

bd84 may request the necessary documents for age verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following methods may be used to deposit funds on bd84: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka).

  • Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
  • Please use the correct amount and reference number when making a deposit.
  • Depositing funds through a third party is not permitted.
  • You may only use your own payment methods.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

Withdrawal Rules: Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure your account is fully verified. Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be placed on hold.
  • Withdrawals will be returned via the same method used to make the deposit.
  • The required wagering conditions must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • bd84 may request additional verification documents if necessary.
  • Withdrawals may be placed on hold in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bd84 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Specific terms apply to each offer. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming a bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳2,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳3,000.

Wagering Requirement: The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw the bonus funds.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
  • bd84 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraud is suspected.
  • Bonus offers are valid for a limited time and may change at any time.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

Cricket betting, sports betting, live casino, slots and other games are available on bd84. Each game category has its own specific rules.

6.1 General Betting Terms

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If a bet is automatically cancelled due to a technical error, the funds will be refunded.
  • If a match or event is suspended or cancelled, action will be taken in accordance with bd84's established policy.
  • Odds may change in live betting; the odds displayed at the time of confirming the bet are final.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (including the FIFA World Cup) and other sports. The international rules of the relevant sport apply to all betting. If a game or event has not officially started, the bet will be considered void.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd84:

  • Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Placing artificial bets with the intent to abuse bonus benefits.
  • Operating an account under another person's identity.
  • Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's software or systems.
  • Using bots, automated software or other unauthorised technology.
  • Harassing or defrauding other users.
  • Attempting to manipulate game results.
Consequences: If there is evidence of involvement in any of the above activities, the account will be closed immediately, all balances will be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by bd84

bd84 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

  • In the event of a breach of any provision of these Terms.
  • In the event of failure to complete identity verification.
  • If fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • When required to comply with legal obligations.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Submit an account closure request via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

bd84 treats the security of users' personal information as its highest priority. All transactions and data are kept secure using SSL encryption technology.

9.1 Sharing Information with Third Parties

10 Limitation of Liability

bd84 makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, bd84's liability will be limited in the following circumstances:

  • Disruption to games or bets due to internet connectivity issues.
  • Errors in third-party software or payment methods.
  • Unexpected technical failures or server downtime.
  • Issues with the user's own device or internet connection.
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, government directives, etc.).

11 Dispute Resolution

11.1 Complaints Process

  • When submitting a complaint, please clearly state your account details, the date and a description of the incident.
  • The support team will send a confirmation upon receipt of the complaint.

  • bd84's decision will be considered final and binding.

12 Changes to Terms

bd84 reserves the right to change, add to or remove any part of these Terms at any time. An updated version will be published on the website following any change.

For significant changes to the Terms, an effort will be made to notify users via their registered contact details. However, continuing to use the platform after a change is published will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

13 Responsible Gaming
